Endurance Strength Training

A hybrid class of cardio and weight training that combines the use of practical exercises with a wide variety of equipment to help build strength and endurance. Some examples of equipment include dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, resistance bands, BOSUs, medicine balls, and risers with steps. Through the use of timed intervals of high-energy aerobic moves and strength training, maximum results are achieved in this 1 hour class. Cardio levels remain elevated for the duration of the class building lean muscles while burning fat. All exercises are able to be modified to adapt to any participant’s fitness level and comfort. Class B is designed to meet the needs of anyone looking for a challenging but achievable workout.
