Group Classes

High-energy small-group classes that combine cardio, strength, mobility, and recovery. Small class sizes keep our student-to-teacher ratio one of the lowest in the industry, so form and safety always come first.

Children's Fitness

Group Classes

Our Signature Classes

Small-group sessions blending cardio, strength, mobility, and recovery. Available in person and virtually over Zoom.

M.R.T (Metabolic Resistance Training)

All Levels

The ultimate triple threat, combining cardio, strength, and flexibility. From foam rollers and yoga flows to athletic cardio drills and functional movements, this hybrid method improves strength and mobility while getting the heart pumping and the sweat going — helping you sculpt muscle and shed fat.

MASS

Intermediate to Advanced

A hardcore, skill-based class that raises the bar for strength training. In this small-group workout we train smart and prioritize form, combining weights and compound movements to build muscular strength and endurance while optimizing your gains.

MOVE!

All Levels

An upbeat, total-body cardio experience that will make you MOVE! High-intensity drills with short recovery periods take your cardio session to the next level — a fun, fast-paced interval format that's one of the most effective ways to shed fat while keeping your body strong and toned.

Chill

All Levels

The perfect way to unwind and restore. Using the meditative practice of Yoga Nidra, Chill cools you down after an intense workout to relieve the stresses of everyday life — promoting deep rest, reduced muscular tension, sharper concentration, breath awareness, and better sleep.

Endurance Strength Training

All Levels (modifiable)

A one-hour hybrid of cardio and weight training using dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, resistance bands, BOSUs, medicine balls, and step risers. Timed intervals of high-energy aerobic moves and strength work keep cardio elevated to build lean muscle while burning fat. Every exercise can be modified to any fitness level.
