From Division I Athlete to Master Trainer
M.Train founder Matthew McDonald played Division I AA football at Marist College, where he became the team's first African-American captain and led the program to its first MAAC championship. That leadership set the stage for a career as a teacher, coach, and fitness specialist.
After reaching Master Level status at the Fitness Edge, Matt built M.Train to keep developing simple, challenging, and ever-evolving training systems that produce real results — for beginners, athletes, kids, and clients with special medical needs alike.
